With spring on the horizon I feel that it’s the perfect time of year to jump start your results OR start your fitness journey for the first time. I know, I know, everyone swears by starting January 1st but lets be honest. It’s HARD to start a training program in the dead of winter. It’s dark, cold and resolutions rarely work.
I love pushing for results in spring since the there’s more daylight, meaning more time to be active outside. There’s also warmer temperatures which make getting up a little earlier for a morning workout much easier for most of us.
